I started my first session Keith not knowing what the benefits could have been for me.
After the first session I was surprised at how well Keith was able to understand me, and make me think differently about specific factors of my life.
I found the sessions extremely interesting.
Keith then gave me tools and methods on how to progress and improve on these aspects .
I only spent a total of 3 hours with Keith initially but he was able to give me a fresh outlook and perspective on myself. I will be going back to Keith in the near future.
I would highly recommend Keith anyone as he was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable from the get go!

I have known and worked with Keith a long time.
As a coach myself this is where I come when I need help. His easy going nature will have you relaxed quickly and you will get results fast.
I run a model training workshop and I have such belief in Keith that Keith is who I  come to for our personal development programme for #modellife. This is a personal development to build confidence and self esteem in models age 14 to 50.

I attended  a few sessions with Keith and I was impressed with his depth of knowledge and his ability in explaining to me areas in my life in which I could achieve my inner desires. Since doing some NLP sessions with Keith, I can now identify the negative thoughts that can take over and I now have strategies to change that.
